Share your auction link with your supporters to allow them to view your auction items and start bidding even before they arrive at your event. This also allows them to update their contact information and register their credit cards before bidding, which makes check in quick and easy at the event! Guests receive instant alerts if they are outbid, which keeps them in the bidding game. They are notified when the auction closes and are instructed to easily check out and complete their payment.
You or your Murad Auctions Event Manager can send mass email and text notifications or announcements to supporters to keep everything running smoothly before, during, and after the event. When the auction closes, guests can check themselves out on their device, complete their payment or come to checkout to complete this process and claim their winnings! Our newest feature, Cover the Cost, gives your guests the option to easily make an extra donation at checkout to help cover the costs of the event!
