Guests are greeted with a smile as they come through our "white glove" check in. We quickly register bidders, collect contact information, prescan credit cards, sell tickets, take payments, and distribute bid paddles, programs and seating assignments as we welcome your guests to your event! Our software can even allow your guests to skip the check in line by pre-registering before they arrive!
Mobile Bidding
Our platform is easy to use. No apps to download, just simple and easy bidding to raise more money! Guests bid from their computer or mobile device before and during your event! They receive a text message at check in with their custom link to allow guests to easily bid from their smartphones or they can use our bidding kiosk if desired.

Custom Event Websites
Increase interest and participation through your customized event website created for your nonprofit. Sell tickets and sponsorships, take cash and item donations, showcase your sponsors and auction items, and securely process credit card payments online.
Sell Retail Items Such as Raffle Tickets & Wine Pull
Easily sell all your retail items during your event, such as raffle tickets, sign up parties, wine pull, grab bags, merchandise and even take donations! Using our iPads with attached card readers, makes this an efficient and secure process! As an option, our software enables your guests to purchase raffle tickets online prior to your event and on their phones during the event, and then prints the raffle tickets for you!
Customized Text & Email Communication
Send custom text and email communication to supporters before, during and after your event. Automatically send emailed receipts to ticket purchasers and item donors. During your event, guests receive a welcome text to start bidding and outbid notifications throughout the auction. Mass text messages can be sent by you or your Event Manager from Murad Auctions during your event with housekeeping and auction updates. Custom receipts are emailed to guests at
the end of the night.
Dedicated Event Support
Let us make your event stress free! We provide an Event Planner who works with your team prior to the event to conduct software training and support you as you plan your event. We conduct data reviews, provide a venue survey, train your volunteers, and provide our Run of Show to make sure all the details are covered. Our experienced event staff make sure check in, bidding, and checkout are smooth and easy!
Equipment
Computers, printers, iPads and credit card readers are provided with full technical support.
Reporting and Data
Realtime reporting enables you to see how your event is performing at all stages, and includes insight into live and silent auctions sales, guest information, and credit card reports. Exports are provided to import information into various CRMs and direct integrations are available for Sales Force and Raiser’s Edge.
Flat Rate Pricing
Our contract fees are always fixed and agreed upon prior to your event, and we never take a percentage of your profits! You take the profits, we take home the satisfaction of helping you earn them!

Owners and Operators of Murad Auctions
Louis Murad
Louis Murad is a professional, full time, licensed charity auctioneer who has been helping clients engineer successful live auctions since 2000.
He and his staff of 6 auctioneers, work with nonprofits, schools and other fundraising entities, consulting and helping to increase the profits of all types of fundraising events. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and holds the Benefit Auction Specialist designation. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Claire Murad
Claire Murad consults with her clients in all aspects of event fundraising. She began as a volunteer, functioning as silent and live auction chair, solicitations chair and event manager for several nonprofits.
Since 2002, she has helped clients with their event night processes including streamlining registration and check out for luncheons, donor dinners, and fundraisers, managing, online, bid sheet and mobile bidding auctions, and providing guidance for item solicitation, and marketing of events. She holds a marketing degree from Texas A & M University.
